About the Services
The principal service every Sunday is the Holy Eucharist, known as a Solemn Mass. Solemn means that the Priest who is the Celebrant is attended by a sub-deacon and a server, complemented by liturgical music, incense, sacring bells and congregational hymns. This ceremonial practice is based on the centuries-old customs of the Church. Baptized Christians who recognize the Real Presence of Christ in the Holy Communion are welcome to receive communion. Please participate in the service with the singing of hymns and service music from the blue Hymnal 1982 (an "S" number is service music found in the front of the hymnal) and by turning to the pages indicated in the red Book of Common Prayer.
A nursery for children three years old and younger is provided in the parish hall. Please join us for refreshments in the Parish hall after the Mass.
